If you know that you are not going to be home to receive your meal, please call us by 9:30 am on the previous business day to cancel. If something unexpected happens, please call us as soon as possible to cancel. Leave a message on our answering machine if no one is in the office. We cannot leave the meal if no one is home to accept it, but occasionally we can leave it with a neighbor or building manager, if asked to do so. Please ask anyone receiving your meal to refrigerate it for you. If no one is home, and you have not called us to cancel or make other arrangements, we will call you and your emergency contact. If we suspect that there may be a problem, we will call 911 and try to enter your house, so please don't forget to call and cancel. If no one is home for two days in a row, we will discontinue your meal service until we hear from you again. |
